It amazes me how some people can come over, play professionally and put their all into it. Take Steve Menzies for example, he's played at the highest level and doesn't need to be over here. But he isn't moaning.

All he needed to do was spend 20 mins on Google Streetview to see that a) Bradford wasn't coastal and b) it's a bloody shieite hole.

If you've ever been to both Manly and Bradford, they may as well be on different planets in terms of lifestyle etc. Not sure why Orford went there TBH, apart from the obvious financial reasons.

If orford goes he goes, we have a good hb in southernwood..a quota spot if orford goes and 250k a year.
yes orford is good and will be missed but hes just a player not the next messiah..I would sooner have briers or young myler than orford anyway.

Ive always rated briers and felt sorry for him when he took saints to wembley then was dropped like a bag of crap as soon as goulding was back.

If he wants to go let him go..but i wouldnt release him and ask for him to either buy his way out of contract or for someone from aus to buy him.

Wants to be aboxer..hes on anthony mundines` undercard..he wants to either go pro or join a sydney based club.

Remember when we were trying to sign him there was that whole business of us wanting him on a three year deal and him only wanting a one year deal. He obviously had doubts over coming to England in the first place.

I would have liked to have him, in fact I would rather we signed him than Myler for this year, but now maybe those doubts he had about committing to England were a warning sign so we have missed a potential clanger by not having him.

Shame for Bradford because he is undoubtedly a class act.
