Wire v Wigan at Wilderspool. Score anyone?

Can answer myself now. Wire won 30-22 despite Cameron Phelps, Shaun Ainscough & Feka Paleaaesina in the Wigan team. Ainscough was sent off, two mass brawls I'm told.

Ainscough kicked off with one of the Warrington youngsters on the far touchline and a mass brawl ensued. Referee sin binned Ainscough and the Wire lad but when they got to the other side of the Pitch Ainscough turned round and lamped him again but got a hiding this time and another lengthy brawl ensued before a Ainscough got a red card, the original Warrington player went off with his yellow card and Wire had one sent off on a straight red for something that happened in the brawl.

Phelps, Paleasena and Ainscough all started the game and Wigan went 14 points up early on but Wire clawed it back to 14 - 12 pretty quickly. Game was nip and tuck then until after the sending off and sin binnings when Warrington scored 2 tries playing 11 v 12 to win the game.

I suspect Wigan picked that side to maintain their unbeaten start to the under 20s championship and they failed.

How long did Feka last?His vfirst spell at Edinburgh last week was under 10 minutes. I thought he had lost weight, obviously not. You could make a 10 man tent out of those shorts and still have something left over.

Was Phelps involved in the dust up? He was putting in some very naughty third man tackles.

Was the Feka the mard ass brawling, oh no he only hit's bus drivers.

Not really considering we lost to Hull in Week 2 of the Under 20s. They'll have played for fitness reasons. Ironically the first game we lost also saw us reduced to twelve with Feka in the team.

He did about 15 minutes in the first half and 10 minutes in the second. Couple of drives in each spell and 2 off loads early on that caused havoc, Wigan scored from one.

Work rate was poor and the Wire Youngsters really got stuck into him and stopped him playing.

Phelps was involved in everything that ticked the score board over and Ainscough did very little before he was dissmissed.

Paleaaesina definitely did a good twenty minute spell, I am sure of it.

I was misinformed then, I was under the impression they where unbeaten.

Bloody hell bet he was knackered.

He did over 2 halves

25 minutes in the first half then about 20-25 in the second half.

Walter how did Rhys Evans fair up?

Lets have a sweep on how long before Rogues lists all the players Wigan have out on dual contracts.

Can't belive I decided to watch Crusaders v Catalans instead of going Widlerspool for this one.

From when i have watched the U20's this season i like the look of this Craig Harvey.

A good goal kicker also.

You will know better than me Walter, didn't appear that he played that long.

I only saw the first half, but I thought McCarthy was outstanding.

I'm pretty sure all the duel contracted players played anyway so that is a mighty effort from Warrington.
From all reports Ben Evans has been outstanding this season.
