I am looking at the fixtures now..thinking we shouldn't fear anybody at the moment...that's not being cocky..I'm just confident we could potentially beat every team in the league at the moment..IF we play to our full potential.

Just hope they can maintain this fantastic form....big test next week...if we can beat the Saints and its a big IF then we are well in contention for a shot at the GF IMO...baring injuries to big names.....(although we have well and truly proven tonight that we can get the win without Lee in the team)

An awesome second half.

The first half was very even and although we had slightly the better of the pressure we just didn't seem to have the 'edge' to get through their line, and I couldn't see where the tries were going to come from.
Credit must be given to the Bulls for that.

2 errors gave them 2 tries - and imo Bulls deserved to be just ahead.
My first half mom from our side was Louis. He was awesome.

And what a difference the 2nd half was.
Solomona - incredible pass for the try.

And Morley's drive that led to the Higham scoot and King (or was it Atkins?) try was superb.

King's bust and length of the field try for Atkins was reminiscent of the Penny/King try against Hull a couple of years ago.

Thought Myler and Grix were quite quiet 2nd half but Monas controlled it superbly and deserved his try.

At half time I was wondering where the tries were going to come from as we seemed short on ideas. It may be that we laid the platform in the 1st half and took a lot more out of Bulls than it looked.

One thing I didn't like - from both sides - was the prolonged wrestle. That was really noicable in the 1st half.

Anyway - roll on Friday. Can't wait. I've an 80-0 defeat to avenge (last time I was at KR).

Unlikely I know, but anyway we are seeing what Matt King is truly capable of now, and he's only going to get better as the season progresses.

Blew them away in the second some of the Bradford players looked knackard early in the second half.

Defence once again was spot on in the second half.

But credit where its due warrington were by far the better team second half. You never know Bradford may at some point put a second half v Wigan and a first against you together and have the perfect 80

Talking of 3 in a row, I had the misfortune of having to stand next to a group of Chavs who were seriously annoying the hell out of me throughout the game, so much so that I wanted to shoot them. The "leader" had the same haircut as Atkins, so the rest of the "clan" thought it would be funny everytime Atkins got the ball to call him by the surname of the "leader". They had the unfunniest stories, it was like being in the front row of a Russell Brand stand up show.

Anyway, back to the 3 in a row thing. This group came up with 3 aboslutely bizarre statements to which I could only shake my head in dispair and wonder what kind of idiot fans our great team has following it.

Statement 1 - "Who's our number 11?"

Statement 2 - Chav 1: "Whatever happened to Richie Barnett, you know, that black winger we used to have?". Chav 2 - "Oh, I think he retired".

Statement 3 - "That Grix is absolutely crap. I didn't even know he could kick a ball. Almost as bad as his brother Simon who plays for Huddersfield, I think".

Thatis the conclusion I am coming too as well, the way that Tony Smith seems to have bonded them is inspiring. He is a real beleiver in Psycology and I wonder how much of a part that plays in what he does as a coach.

Some lovely rugby played in the second half after a first half of wearing the Bulls down. Rugby played in that style really lifts the spirits. King is phenomenal at the moment, as is Monas. Atkins at last came good in attack, although his defensive efforts have been impressive throughout.
To think, I could have stayed in and watched England RU play Scotland!!!!

As for the match, we got our tactics right against you. I was never worried at half time because the game was all about building pressure. And we did that very well.

Absolutely.

The unity is there for all to see. Not soundbites either or gestures to please external folk like us, it's there, it's real - you can see all of them genuinely enjoying sharing each others successes.

There looks to be a real desire there, an ethic, a previously unseen ethic somewhat. They do everything together, and they do it 100% whether that be tackling, defending their line, celebrating, going off at HT, warming down, attacking, the whole thing.

There's so many thing to point to this year that fuel your belief, responding to defeat, playing & winning without Briers, defending like trojans, building pressure, kick chase, kick pressure, as I say so much.

I know that sometimes when you make bold statements, well, you put yourself out there to be shot at. I don't really care, I'm enjoying watching this group so much, they have the look & feel of something special.
