i almost agree with that, but if Kear does manage to get the best out of him then it will be a great signing.

I think there was too much pressure on him to perform following the whole fall out from him approaching KR to escape from FC. It's like the old thing of don't meet your heroes because they will usually disappoint you, in this case it's a case of don't play for your home club because things will go pear shaped. Moving away from the city to a coach he knows & who knows him without the pressure of expectation could be just what Cooke & Wakey need. Cooke & Brough could be a very exciting & dangerous partnership over the coming months.

Time is rapidly running out for him and he needs to show a bit of discipline or else Mr Kear will show him the door too. He's always been very talented, but seems to have a self-destruct button that he can't help pressing every so often.
