just wondering, does anybody know of any decent pubs to have a drink or 2 in before the saints game which will be full of optimistic wire fans? it is my first trip to saints when i can legally drink so was planning to make the most of it?

Never had much of a problem myself. Might do though this time thought dependant on whether I can scrounge a lift off someone in work to get down there.

Usually about a 5 min wait in the Blackbull. I try to get there early enough to avoid the rush though.
