Yes he has bought a house in Warrington, Penketh I think, but it is purely for business reasons and not to live in.

I'm unaware of how much he knows about the town so can't comment on that. But it's not uncommon for investors to snap property up in various areas, all depends on the price, costs, rentable value and potential selling value.

If he has bought for the right price it could represent a much better long term investment than buying in Oldham.
