It would've been nice to see Lee Pick up the Lance Todd and he was certainly in contention and I am not going to argue too much with Monaghan getting it.....But did think Morley was in with a big shout he was amazing along with Ben Harrison.....

I did wonder if Briers would ever win anything. After playing so much in the season he left Saints and not getting a shirt for the trophy win and then watching us win so many trophies he must have wondered himself.

But this will make up for the disappointment he has suffered throughout his career to this point.

briers controlled the game and i thought he was MOM.. saying that monas had another great game.. and IMO is the best hooker in super league on current form.

I think Wire really wanted this cup today. All credit to the team: they all played well and put in a great team effort. Fully deserved win (which I'm glad about because I was shouting for them the whole match!)

I would have loved to see Briers win the Lance Todd. He did seem to control the game in the way that he does. My heart says he should have won it, but my head says Morley. He was simply amazing, and seemed to be involved in every tackle of the game. Still made up for Monas though. Will be party time when this coach gets back!!

yeah you would have to be a very bitter green opposition fan not to be a little bit happy for briers . love him or hate him hes worked damned hard to achieve this and will now have a legacy to leave and a few stories for his grand kids ....well done briers

Im made up for lee. If theres one player in super league who deserves success its lee. He was the best player on the pitch yesterday and thats saying something cause there was some amazing lndividual performances.
