Yep, Sullivan was the perfect example of this. And then makes the same ruddy mistake. Although i like Monas at the moment at 9. Still makes you wonder why?

He had the opportunities to go for an out and out 7, which we have lacked since Natty Wood and twice he chose to sign 2 very decent 9s, quick around the ruck which were also 2 very very medicore 7s.

Would have been good if they showed Celtic's first disallowed try as apparently the touch judge gave it.

Out of interest did PC comment on the reasons for our apparent turn around in form?

He said it was due to the bread in the canteen being changed to Mighty White.

Makes me laugh at how well he know each teams game plan, strengths and weaknesses but could get us to beat them all week in week out.

If Cullen would have played Monas at 9 instead of 7, I believe he would still be at Wire now.

I can;t bear to watch it anymore with some of the clowns they have as studio guests. Cullen's best line used to be 'they way to beat saints is to......' and then give a list of ways to beat them. I can't think of anybody less qualified to dish out advice on how to beat st.helens.

I said the same last night about Monas, why the hell did he sign him for No 7, he learnt his lesson with Sully. Most people will sign for a different position when the notes are being flapped in front of your face. What is going to happen when Higham is back, Monas just doesn't suit No 7 position.. No 9 is where he should be

Don't forget the "overs" move and the "inside shoulder".

And Nat Wood was a better 9 than 7 too.

I was tempted to mention it!



Thing was though, he was a better 7 than both Sully and Monas. Natty was Probably our last most recognised 7.
