Its looking like Men v Boys

This is the equivelant of Saints playing Gateshead Thunder the other week, you know their is only going to be one winner and you also know a big score will be on the cards, from very early into the game the only real interest has been how many will England score.

The coverage is not the best with all the break up in pictures and sound.

Myler and Burgess were both very good, Moz should of gone 100 meters!

I don't think you can make any judgements re "class acts" yeah the England players did well and Myler had a good game as did quite a few others . But they weren't playing anyone...Bobbie Goulding had 7 first team choicers missing.....as someone who has already said...Its like Saints playing Gateshead; Don't want to sound negative because they played some good stuff ..but you cannot bandy round worlds like class until we play some decent opposition.

Games like this are important because they show Tony Smith which players can deal with a step up from usual Super League level, to cope with the cauldron of international rugby.

you can have myler for 500k because as it states in super league rules if the player is younger than 22 at the end of his contract which he will be 21... Then salford must recieve a bid. And if salford dont like the offer then you aint getting him!

Even though the opposition didn't turn up till the second half Myler impressed me, Stevo said at the start of the game neither Myler nor McGuire are born organisers but I think Myler showed last might that he can be (not quite as vocal as Briers but that will come with time).

Westwood had his best game i've seen him play for a few weeks now. He didn't give away his usual penalty for a needless high tackle, which I think has effected his performances in recent weeks, so he could just get on with his game.

Burgess had a very strong game and played well at loose forward.

Salford are not in a financial position where they can turn down serious sums of money. The only option they have is to give Myler a massive new contract for say two or three years so that he might decide the extra he'll earn next year off-sets another year on top at Salford.
