Central 2 minute walk

Central Station is closest but fro you Bank Quay would be best and about three quarters of a mile away if that

Bank Quay is the direct one from Wigan, only 10 mins journey.

But its miles away from the town centre and Stadium to walk.

You cant get a train from Wigan direct to Warrington central, you must change at Manchester and would take about 2 hrs to get there!!!

Just get the 360 bus from Wigan or drive.

Bank Quay, Warrington Bank Quay Station (N-bound)
Head north on A5061/Parker St toward Factory Ln
Continue on Crosfield St
Continue on Froghall Ln
Continue on Tanners Ln
Turn left at Erwood St
arrive at Buckley St

it may feel like miles if you are dressed in all sorts of designer menswear constantly looking over your shoulder to make sure some scally isnt going to mug you for your top of the range sweat shirt and sneakers.....

Just been looking at trains, theres a train leaving Wigan at half past 6 getting to Warrington in around 11 minutes - leaving us plenty of time to get to the ground and have a few beer stops.

Coming back, were talking 23 mins past 10, 37 mins past 10, and then last direct train back to Wigan is 13 minutes past 11.

Should leave us in plenty of time after the game to get back to the station i persume?

if you come from bankquay and not sure where the ground is jump a cab theres usually loads parked up outside..if you want to walk take a left outside the station for about a mile under a bridge and you will see the stadium

Well to be honest, we did train journey last year but i forgot what station I went to

and it was a Saturday game so there was a bit more time either side.

you asked the nearest station which is central but for someone travelling from Wigan North Western, Bank Quay is 1 stop (10 mins) and on the same line unlike Central

Its still too far to walk if its raining from bank quay to the HJ!

Get real son. Be a man and walk in the rain; stop being a pansy and getting a taxi for a bloody 5 minute ride.

I suppose you'll be leaving the ground after about an hour, so you should have plenty of time to get back
