Hudds have been knocking at the door now for several seasons and have a good team who when they gel are capable of beating any team on their day!!I just hope that they will be Bridesmaids again come sunday evening..

Anyone who expects this to be easy needs to have their bumps felt, or "give their head a wobble" which I understand is the modern equivalent. This Giants team is breaking up next year with their coach and longest necked player off to pastures new. This is their only realistic chance of silverware. They'll be up for this and we'll have to be on the top of our game to beat them.

I'm not optimistic about the game on Sunday, but then again, when am I ever optimistic? I always feel we are going to lose every game anyway, so when we do win, it's a nice surprise.

O'Donnell out for Hudds according to their board. Terrific forward but never seems to string more than 2 or 3 games together.

Whilst I'm not in a fearful mood about the game, I'm expecting it to be a tough encounter.

I'm also looking forward to our fans generating a great atmosphere (along the lines of the recent Wigan semi at Widnes) giving a lift to the boys on the pitch on should Huddersfield turn up and the game is tight.

What are you suggesting Walter? Even if there are injuries, the 19-man squad will not necessarily reflect this. Are we going to be down a few troops do you think?

I'm hoping we will be as close to full strength as possible (with the exception of Simon Grix).

Hopefully the likes of Briers, Waterhouse, O'Brien, M.Monas and Harrison will all come though.

I, like most wire fans I know am expecting a very tough game tomorrow.

Their defeats against Wigan, Salford, Widnes, Hull KR, Hull FC and Castleford has shaken them up a bit.

There's no such thing as form in a semi-final. You've got players capable of springing traps and powering over the line to beat any team. I think it will be a good game - we've both got good teams - and whoever wins will deserve to and will hopefully win the final.

Of course, I really hope that's the Wire!
