| Club website ad that they will be entering whoever buys a new shirt ìnto a draw for another.
Can someone clarify, isn't that breaking the law?
No purchase should be necessary?

| I think a free draw must be without conditions otherwise it becomes like gaming.?
To which the gamer must be over the age of 18.

| I really like the new home shirt I think it's the best shirt we have had for a long time (certainly my favourite home shirt, but I do like the green and white away kit from a couple of seasons ago). It's good to see actual primrose too rather than just yellow. The away shirt looks ok but the home one is the one I will buy.

| The yellow kit is hideous. I really really wish Warrington would settle on a kit design and stick to it. Wigan, Leeds and Saints don't about like we do. Well, Wigan do sometimes, but not to the extent Wire do

| Every team changes it's shirt (and away shirt) every season. It's too much of a cash cow for clubs to stick with the same design. In my lifetime, we've never had a regular kit. At most, it's stayed unchanged for 3 years, and that was in the early 80 to mid 80's, before improved tv exposure
Changes of shirt generates dosh. We need dosh. Quite easy, really.

| Really like both shirts this year, we cant complain when you have the likes of Wakefield and Cas trying to stop fans buying shirts by making an absolute hash of it all!

| I've banged this drum before, but I'll do it again. My point isn't that we should have the exact same kit every year, it's that Warrington do not have a classic kit design. As is pointed out above, what are we: V, hoops, stripes? The answer is, evidently, any of them.
Saints have a white shirt with a red V - they tweak it, yes, but it remains largely the same.
Wigan are cherry and white hoops - they tweak it, a bit more than Saints do, but it's (usually) recognisable as Wigan
Leeds similar.
Warrington are all over the shop, never seeming to settle on anything. I know there are much bigger things in the world to worry about, but it just es me off that there is no 'classic' Wire kit. Bugger about with the change strip by all means, but let's have a proper style of home kit please.
The two best RL kits in the world are Australia's and New Zealand's. Not fannied about with, just classic.

| Worthing Wire, do you not look at pictures of Brian Bevan in that classic kit of white with blue and yellow band and think that would be a brilliant design today? it must be the only thing we haven't tried and looks so classy to me

| You can't force tradition. We haven't got a set kit/design and it's too late to start now! We've traditional colours and that's all that matters. Personally I'm glad our kit isn't slightly tweaked each season...that would be a rip off and rather dull.

| Our traditional kit may just just be that.
Traditionally different in design but predominantly primrose and blue with varying amounts of white.
I'm happy with that and I like it that way.
I can't think of anything worse than being stuck with a red vee.

| Fair enough, but for clarification, I actually meant the primrose and blue bands on the chest and sleeves as worn in the 50's and 60's and occasionally in the early 70's,

| I didn't like that kit
I do however like hoops around a shirt not bands on the front.

we did that for the 95 centenary season AKA the custard splodge shirt,
however it's one of the variants that we haven't milked yet.

I agree. The late fifties white strip with the primrose and blue bands across the chest and upper arm was quite smart. I also liked the early fifties tight primrose and blue hooped shirt. My favourite strip was the all blue strip of the Murphy era with the letter W on the chest. However I think there can be nothing more grotesque or hideous than an overweight old geezer in a rugby shirt so I am not really entitled to comment as I wouldn't be seen dead in one.
