No problem, I find most of the Saints fans aren't actually like the rest of the town strangely. Luckily the rugby attracts the more socially acceptable people of St Helens, rather than the ones who like to cause undue misery to random people for no apparent reason.

I doubt you would find many Saints fans defending the town and most of the people there. It is a hole full of knobs, anybody who denies that is deluded.

Having said that, I still love the town.

Andy platt was one of the hardest players to play the game. Not in the fighting sense but just out and out tough.

When some people in the town decide to upload a video on you tube of a gang of 8 lads smashing your friend in the face with a coffee mug repeatedly whilst eating their food in McDonalds, it somewhat blurs your vision of the place you live. Sadly that's a common occurrence in recent times, the person I just mentioned is not the only one of my friends who have been beaten by a gang for no reason.

James Graham, I dislike him as a person but he's one tough hombre, been a one man pack for many years. Also Stuart Fielden, to keep getting sparked or shaken on live TV so many times and keep coming back for more, he must be one tough cookie.

It was a proper mug, left him with 4 or 5 scars on his face. One of which is about 6 inches long. There is reason to the hatred towards most the people in St Helens.
