looking at the RFL Website, there are only around 1,500 seats left in the Stretford end including the two corners. Brilliant Effort



Around 150 seats left in the Wigan end and both side completely sold out barring 1 block where there are just 4 seats available.

Fingers crossed for a sell out. Shows what happens with a well marketed RL event in the flat cap homeland between two provincial sides.

I think the train strike will stop this being a sell-out....casual supporters might not want the hassle and stay away.

What is going to hack me off again is that there will be a complete empty block in the middle of the Wire fans due to this ticketing fiasco. Like previously. Not sure where those tickets are meant to be.... ☹

I'm not doubting that the tickets might be 'sold' but not a single person Sat there last time.

Rang OT and the RFL about that 'empty block' and have been told the seats have been sold. Good news if the peeps turn up !

Still seats available - mainly in the higher tier and NW corner in particular.

look on the RFL ticket site. less than 1,000 seats available. Going to be a good turnout this.

Because of the way they release tickets to clubs, and make them available on the website it's difficult to really know how sales are going: see above plans which show the middle top tier Wigan block was 'sold out', only to have tickets available later. Likewise, we have 'sold our allocation', but we're then awaiting more tickets! There's a science to selling these events! Hopefully we can top 70k.

I wonder what all this was about? Miles off a sell-out. Lowest crowd since 2009.
