| Thought overall Rovers were very much the better team.
However Warrington did have quite a few chances to go ahead etc and but for some embarrassing refereeing the score could have easily been reversed in your favour. The refereeing for the whole weekend seem staggering in terms of how pathetic it was really anyway.

I thought his passing was far, far better yesterday. Much crisper, more accurate and finding his runners, at pace. I thought the left edge linked extremely well, our use of dummy runners, and finding a player hitting a hole behind a dummy runner was excellent.
I've said earlier, for me, easily his best Warrington game.

| I thought Monas was good when he didn't have to create anything. When the pressure was on, as usual he flopped and confirmed that he is actually not that good.

Oh god, sickeningly poor. Some of the kicks through, by Bridge, that dribbled to Briscoe made me cringe.
I don't think there's been a bigger Bridge 'fan' on here than me, but I'm totally in the 'he;s a right centre, who can fill in at stand off club' now. Some folk on here, mentioning no names, are adamant that Briers is no miss, Bridge can more than handle the kicking game duties etc, well, simply, he can't.

The thng that was most annoying was Monas technique, he really boots it but he gets underneath it too much and puts too much loft over distance.

| Summed it up for me when we were in their 20, last tackle play and bridge does a pooh kick when all it needed was a nice little delicate one behind the sticks, instead one bounce and for its out for 20 meter re-start.
Few minutes later, defending our own line, Dobson puts a neat kick in behind the sticks and therefore forces a drop-out, just summed it for me that. Briers back to stand-off, Bridge right centre ASAP

| Watched the match on Sky.
Nip and tuck all the way.
HKR did just about enough to win it based on their 2nd half perfromance, but we weren't bad at all a couple of the tries were excellent.
We missed Briers nouce on the last tackle - particularly the grubber kicks into the in goal area - and we panicked in the last 5 mins after scoring our last try.
Was actually quite impressed with the backs going forward and King seems to be growing in confidence every game at the mo.
That's the TS influence.
I was frustrated at some of the silly pens we gave away - Mitchell's 2 in particular.
Even without Morley te forwards did well - Carvell and Rau in particualr.

| Some daft pens conceded we eradicated this V Bradford and Hudds..
Poor kicking game...
We certainly missed the players we had on the sidelines..And we came up against a team in form and full of confidence....
As for Silverwood worst ref in the comp period...

| As a Rovers fan i can say it was not our best performance of the season and in the first half we were poor. Can't comment on Wire but you have obviously improved tenfold since early season.
Both sides had players unavailable but in Fozzard, Gene, Walker, Lovegrove and Cockayne ......all these would have have made the starting seventeen IMO so our list probably covers yours in this respect.
Had some good banter with a few Wire fans after the match and actually met the w@nkaer with the drum
Your support was first class and probably equal in numbers to ourselves as the most support in Edinburgh.....on sunday, anyway.

| Full credit to HKR, did the basics right and just about deserved the win. Justin Morgan deserves all the plaudits for turning a Championship side into GF contenders in 3 0r 4 seasons.Fantastic effort!
Dont think we can put this defeat onto losing Briers. We scored enough tries to win the game, and it was clear goal line defence was the main issue. Lee's presence would probably have worsened this.

| The Warrington discipline was absolute shocking and i thought we missed Morley.
Having 3 young and relativly inexpirianced forwards in the team was probably our only choice but Morley would have added more go forward. The disapline was shocking noticeably by Carvell and Bridge.
When we started to throw the ball around we were quite literally ripping them apart out wide, why we reverted back to one man rugby for the second half was beyond me.
Riley was a solid performer, Monaghan and Vinnie again had one of there better games, Bridge made some good breaks but his decision making let him down a little.

Where did you get this info from? He's a penalty machine and a turnstile, he makes Kevin Penny look like Nathan Hindmarsh. The Paul Dickov of rugby league.

Other than Greenshields and Wellens who is half the player Briscoe is??
Benny isnt just a full back he's been coming on at numerous positions and often replaces Murrell at loose man where he is given a free role causing havoc accross the field.
Anyway enough of someone who didnt play in that game fact is we had 5 first team regulars out of our team and you had 4/5 too so I see that Briers could have offered more of a kicking game and your forwards for the defence in the middle of the park but with our full strength team maybe we'd have done more in defence and attack too. You play what is in front of you and we just managed to nudge the game, Tony Smith nailed it, you play like that or fractionally better and you'll win more than you lose, get your play maker back and you'll be on song no doubt.

| Was at the game, so you do miss much of what you see on sky (if that makes any sence !!).
Thought Warrington out played us in many parts of the game, Thankfully Galea was a key player for us, well deserved MOM I thought.
As too the Fans, (you Wires) thought you out sang us (even over the noise of the Banker with the drum !!), and it appeared to be a lot more of you there than we brought up (thats looking from our section, your opinion ?).
After the game enjoyed a few sherberts or seven with your Fans down Princess street, although it took a few whiskeys to warm up after that cold stadium.

| My thoughts are;
We had a good start. In the first 20 mins we looked like running out comfortable winners. However, the cracks appeared in the second 20 mins of the first half. A try just before half time would have put an ounce of doubt in the KR mindset.
Dobson kicked us to death. Every time they got within our 20m zone they looked like scoring. As a result, field possession was vital, and penalty after penalty got them in our half immediately. We had more than enough chances to take the game ourselves, but almost everything we did was either stopped by the KR defence or we threw the chance away.
However, to play like we did and still keep it close until the final play of the game proves either one of two things. Either KR had an off day, or we played very well considering we were missing three key players. Two of which are on very good form of late.
Looking ahead, Featherstone shouldn't be a problem. But then the next two games could make or break our league season. 2/2 wins against Hull FC and Wigan before the CCQF will not only be difficult, but both games are winable on our present form.
