Danny Ward is plausible, good no nonsense coach who is available.
Hopefully Chambers will take charge properly and drop under performers and give the kids a chance.
Drop Dudson and Kasiano and give Green and thomas more game time, drop Mata'utia and give Wrench the centre position if that's where his future lies, put Holroyd at 2nd row and move Nicholson to 13 now.

If you’re looking at Briers, you need a Director of Rugby. I’ve said before my ideal would be to couple Briers and Smith together. Granted, that’s not happening.

I wonder how stable Trent Robinson’s job is. They have been hit and miss for a while now. Got the right CV, knows the league well.

Trent Robinson would be a lot better than Justin Holbrook. Ain't gonna happen though. Who is Penrith assistant coach? Or NZ Warriors?

Monaghan would be the perfect appointment... i would be over the moon if we appointed him and got rid of Fitzpatrick on the same day.

Briers - no thanks. A possibility after he's done something - learnt his trade, but I don't think he'd be right for us at the moment.
I like the 'idea' of Michael Monaghan, but again what has he done? (I honestly don't know - not a criticism, just the limit of my knowledge). Great player but they dont always make grest coaches.

Short term we need someone who could give players some self belief and get them playing as a team.
I know many have said give the youngsters a chance but unlike those coming through at Saints and Wigan they would be coming in to a team in disarray, and unfortunately I'm not absolutely convinced they are good enough (although I do like Whitehead in particular).

I reckon we'd be better off leaving Marshall in charge of coaching for now and getting a Director of Rugby and give them carte blanche to restructure the whole club without any interference from our CEO or any of the board members - then we may actually attract someone of Shaun Wayne's reputation in the game, rather than just another coach who fancies a handsome payday for 18 months.

Chambers is in charge I think.
