Another set restart for nothing!

Can we have a set for them with no penalties or set restarts? It's getting really silly now and most seem unwarranted to me.

Kendall sent that up as a try because he knew damn well that he couldn’t see whether it was grounded or not, so because of that they have to go with the onfield decision.
