I am interested in the outcome - did you get a refund for your season ticket ?? I am sure that they would be non-refundable.

I can't understand why you would deny yourself a season of RL action on a point of principle. Much better to be angry for a couple of minutes, tell a few mates about what you did then retain the season ticket and enjoy the season. You have got through 4 months of no rugby and got so close to the season.

Must have been in the shop a thousand times and still not been unfortunate enough to receive bad service or unhelpful attitudes - been a bit miffed with the sizing of ISC products but situation always rectified to my satisfaction.

Can't be true otherwise the original poster would have mentioned these facts. Although acceptance of the alternative solution offered would have meant that the issue was resolved quite early in the episode and totally ruined the whole thread.

he was offered the alternative but he refused to come back as the traffic was mayhem, but the assistant clearly said he could come back at any time before the stains game not necessarily straight away, i have no reason to lie or make anything up, people can believe me or not but i felt that i had to put people straight

Because I've lived out of the area for many years I've had a lot of dealings with the shop both over the phone and in person on very busy match days. The only problem I've ever had was when something that was mailed to me didn't arrive. The staff were very apologetic and sent me a replacement immediately. Makes me think that attitude and manners count for a lot on the side of the customer.

I take my apology back then as clearly you were awkward just for the sake of it

if i have to explain myself i will, i'm a wigan fan living in warrington and was buying tickets for the friendly, i have no legience to either the club/people/staff, i am new (ish) to these forums and have held back on posting, but i felt i had to clear a few things as i don't like to see the staff being verbally abused and then to be told it was there fault, i hope that has cleared a few things up lefty

Well just to bring this back up but in a positive light.

I had my order dispatched but some of it was wrong. Emailed the club to let them know received a phone call 10 mins later. Order resent out arrived the next day. Apologies and everything.

Couldn’t fault it.

And to top it all nice to see that the goods I purchase were made in the UK and not some sweatshop in China!

Any NRL shirts in there yet?

Didn't see any last week when I was in. Notice the quality of our away shirts this year appears
to to be much better than the home ones. Looks to me like they are made in two different (chinese) factories as even the material feels different.

I were in there on Tuesday, bought myself a 'special edition' scarf, only £3. Bargain.
