Andy Gatcliffe was the guest on BBC Manchester's rugby league show on Thursday and Craig Spence from The RFL came on the phone and said he had just heard from the club that we were around the 14,500-15,000 mark, Jack said that is not what Andy had told him earlier, and Andy replied something a long the lines of "No I said we were at about 13,000 this morning, so that sounds about right."

So if we continued to sell the same amount we did that day (around 1500-2000) for the past few days, we would be around 19k-21k. If you count sales from The RFL and elsewhere which Wire fans have purchased then I reckon we could be around 22,000.

Of course I could be well off, sales may have dropped as the week went on, or they could have seen a large increase over the weekend.

Theres far more than 3000 tickets been bought from the RFL by Warrington fans - I know a couple of lads who have bought over 50 between them online .

Whilst I know you are joking. Over the coming weeks it will sadden me as people's frustration and maybe anger will be mis-directed. I suggest people support your local Postie if this happens as I will guarentee you he enjoys the job he is currently doing and would like carry on doing it. I know I do.

Course I was joking. My local postie is an absolute belter. He leaves parcels safely for me when I'm out and everything, checks on my wellbeing, the lot, he is a godsend. My mums postie is Craig uber-fan too!
