I can't get any of their hats to fit my massive swed

To be fair, I hardly ever buy anything from the club shop, but I do think some people need to accept that they're quite a small business.

Yes, of course people will be buying merchandise now we've got to Wembley and they will have lost a few quid by not having a load in stock when people were queuing for tickets, but on the flip side if they were well stocked and we then lost to Catalans they'd never have shifted it. Even if we get to the Grand Final a load of polo shirts and T-shirts wouldn't sell as people would be looking at the jackets and hoodies.

Most people who buy merchandise do it early in the season and by now would be thinking about waiting for next year's range, so if they stocked up all year round and we didn't make it to a final they'd end up with a load of gear they need to slash the prices of to get rid of before launching next year's.

I remember reading on the fourm someone asking about the car flags, but I have no idea which thread it was on!!!!! They were also selling this seasons tops with £10 off.

Today was the 3rd time ive visited the club shop since we beat Catalan, they still don't have any adult sizes in the new training range. I rang them in between as well to try and get an idea of when some stock is going to be in, you can't get through to the club shop itself when you call as you get told they are busy which is fair enough in the lead up to wembley. Ive give up, the money will be staying in my pocket which is a shame really as you like to support the club in any way possible but its become like "how long is a piece of string".

The staff in the shop are fine, very pleasent with a smile etc. Its just a lack of stock and being left in the dark as to when any will arrive. It doesn't look like the wolfare website gets updated much either as ive checked on their on a regular basis over a few weeks and its always said out of stock in the items i was looking at.

They are also giving away free the Challenge Cup Winners 2009 souvenir magazine with purchases. I didn't have one already so was well pleased as it is actually quite good - especially the Richie Mathers Twitter Page.

Surely they can rig up the EPOS so that it orders stock automatically or at least lets someone know that they have run out of stock ?

Regarding getting replacmnet stock in, part of the problem may be at ISC's end. They will be geared up to selling loads of shirts at the start of the seaons (replacing them mid-season coz they are crap quality) but not to have such a surge at the end of the season.

This is infact grammatically acceptable as from a legal profession standpoint it is commonplace for sentences to have all mid-sentence punctuation removed (just capital to start and full stop at the end of the sentence).

Tough for the club - difficult balance between getting in a load of stock they can't shift and not being able to satisfy demand.

To a certain degree the Rfl's fault due to the scheduling of fixtures. Saying that, although the club had plenty of time to build up for the final everyone complained the gap was too big. Cant please everyone i guess.
