The whole system reeks. Said this since October when ratboy committed two dubious fouls in the final and continued to play. Perhaps we wouldn’t have had the guile to win against 12-man Wigan, but still the fact he ended up copping a ban proves he shouldn’t have stayed on the pitch, and we never got to find out either way.
But hey ho. It’s wigan. And it was only wire who lost out to the Shaun Wane fairytale ending. So who cares?
An unrelated gripe, but it shows that it’s fookin epidemic in our game. Untouchable scrotes.

| Now, I'm not thick (though I do blow my cover, sometimes), but I don't understand this.
I assume, like the disciplinary committee on a Tuesday evening, there is a [itariff sheet [/i held by the RFL/SL to "dish out" certain punishments, when salary cap limits have been transgressed.
On this occasion, whether it's fraud on a massive scale, or office errors, Wigan have clearly broken the rules, so they should be punished. Again, I assume, that Wigan's level of transgression was equal to a two point deduction, when viewed against the [itarrif sheet. [/i They were found guilty. Wigan appealed. The deduction was suspended, but the guilt is there. It has to be. Otherwise, Wigan appeal again, to have the charge changed to not guilty-no case to answer, as they don't want their "good name" (stop sing at the back) besmirched.
So. Why have the RFL/SL just tore up their own charge sheet, and let Wigan get away with it, AGAIN? After all. It's not as if they have a clean record, in all things salary cap.
Simple. The RFL/SL are pooh scared of Wigan. Always have been, always wii be.
It's like that old phrase. We are all equal. Only some are more equal than others.

Maybe. We may also be a big enough club to escape the sort of censure that would fall on Wakefield or Cas.

And don't clubs often appeal against the tariff imposed by the RFL? Joel Tomkins did last week and got it downgraded.
That's exactly what Wigan did, successfully citing previous incidents where clubs were not deducted points, just given a fine. It was an[i independent[/i tribunal something that seems to be being overlooked!!

Rogues, it doesn't really matter as this misdemeanour will be wheeled out in weeks, months and years to come.

Being 'independent' doesn't mean Wigan are any less innocent. This company was on the payroll of both sides....what other decision was they ever going to turn up with than one of arbitration instead of a straight -2 or zero everyone got conned into thinking it was about?
Just about says it all with the RFL how naive and unfit for purpose they are getting conned by Wigan into thinking it would be impartial and then, getting conned again by paying for it!!

In that case, Wigan have deliberately cheated, knowing they WILL get away with it
or
The RFL/SL aren't fit for purpose
I'll go for the safe bet, and say both.
Just to clarify. Who was in the [i independent[/i tribunal?
Billy Boston, Maurice Lindsay, Russell Smith and Malcolm Lord (he was embarrassing)

I know anything is possible in this game, but, if we lose to that shower next week, I think 20+ people should be at the Job Centre, come Monday morning.
Wigan are a total shambles, and they'd lose a raffle, if they were the only ones buying a ticket. Amid table side would've comfortably beaten them, last night. Any one of us, Saints and the walking dead of Cas would've annihilated them.
We need to put them to the sword, next week, and don't let up until the final hooter goes. They've done it to us, when we were pooh.

He's bled them dry, UR.
Lam has walked into a club in limbo. Edwards certainly won't stand for a lack of effort, next year.
Wigan didn't look THAT bad, against the Roosters, but it was just like Scrappy Doo trying to act fierce against a monster. They had Wigan at arms length.
Since then, they look shell shocked.
Don't take the foot off the throat, Wire

| Agree with lefty, this is payback time big style and I'm hoping for decent conditions and a Wire team ravenous with intent.
Their coach has been stitched up big time and is clueless
They've lost their best and most influential players, notably Bateman
They sufferred more injuries last night
They're best remaining players (Williams & SOL) are out of form and knackered
Confidence lower than Katie Price's underwear after a few lemonades
I've seen Wigan enough down the years to know they'll raise their game significantly but we really, really, [ireally[/i should be winning by 20+
