We simply didn't tackle and when we went into the contact they kept driving the legs. Can't run without legs lads.

Let's not forget, we had a lot of possession. Blaming lack of drive/missing players is little more than a smoke screen.

Our tackling is PATHETIC, bordering on non existant

Interesting that the shrinking of our in-goals that people commented on last week prevented us from going into a 12-0 lead. That kick was grounded inside the old line but out of play with the new line.

Four tries in ten minutes costs us in first half and some pretty poor tacking. Not our best performance by a long way.

Cas made us look stupid

We started really well and took our foot off the pedal and went into reverse. Let's not be too harsh as the players are still recovering. Look at the Wigan result, they just got past a poor Widnes side. That said, Atkins and the back line should be man-ning up. After a big game v Broncos, it's the forwards who are going to be jaded and I'm dissapointed some of our capable backs didn't throw their hat in the ring. Cas were probs the worst side to play after the Broncos win- they throw the ball around you need full energy to compete against them. Let's not be too harsh and get behind the side like the south stand did after going down to 22-6. And Saints lost ☺

Agreed silver 2. It's the second game in, recovering from the Broncos game which is so important for us and sl's reputation. Give the players some grace. I'm more really encouraged at this stage of the season, more than many a year- Brown, Cooper and Savelio look top aquasitions and when we have Hill, Gidley, Currie and Ratchford back, it's going to take a top side on their top game to beat us.
