Good result regardless of how it was achieved considering we started the game with only 1 recognised prop plus the other players missing

Bentham MOM for me he tried his hardest to keep them in the game, hope to god we not got him on thursday

we always get the other clueless bafoon for our games with sts or it appears so silverdud..to my knowledge weve only won once with him in charge and he tried his best to get sts back in it..

Myler's kicking today was very good with the exception of the one that went straight out when he seemed to change his mind mid-execution. Tony Smith also commented about being pleased with it.

Who was our mom today guys? From listening on the radio appears Clarke had a good game? How did young Wilde go? He is an exciting talent

You have trouble understanding the point. The point is he puts on a great play and then does a dumb one. That being Mylers career summed up IMO.

Good solid performance and was never in doubt, those who went know this.

Wasn't mentioned much on Wire FM other than when he came on and was apparently heavily involved in defence (they said he was involved in every tackle in the set after he came on).

Good game, Dwyer played well when introduced, we look a lot better at the back with Russell at full back,, Sims England, currie, all to return maybe we have hit the form at right time?, wakey were poor but liked the look of there young lad miller, he was class act,, but apart from him easy win,,

Miller was easily the best player. Can't believe he is kept out by Tim Smith.

He isn't, Miller would have played at 6 had Smith been available.

Decent team effort. No obvious MOM but Dwyer sparked us in the 2nd half. Russell was solid too as was Hill.

Russell sounded good from what I heard on the radio.

I went & I agree. Result was never in doubt.

Never even had to get out of 1st gear. Just bumbled around. We switched off completely for 20 in the first half and 20 in the second and still managed to put a convincing win together. Wigan's intensity will have affected us and with the short turn around for Saints on Thursday we've done the sensible thing by just doing the bare minimum to win.

There is still a lot more to come from Wire.

Very relaxed atmosphere around the ground and players in the sunshine this afternoon. They seem as though a weight has been lifted over recent weeks.

Tony said to me afterwards that Matty Russell would have been his pick for MoM

I tend to agree. He might not be the ball playing fullback Tony prefers but he is dynamic and gets the team moving forward.

I think Warrington have looked so much better with him at full back these last two games. The ridiculous thing now is the turn round before Thursday

Maybe the format going forward is Russell at fullback, Ratch at loose and Gidley/Sandow at halfback.

Stef only played at loose forward today because they were so short due to suspensions and injury. I'd expect to see him back at centre on Thursday.
