Do widnes have the players/halves to get decent use out of hock though?

Widnes already have a few penalty machines in both the backs and forwards. I also think that Hock might realise very quickly that the quality of player at Widnes is somewhat lacking compared to what is at Wigan. Poor move for a player aged 29 who should now be at the top of his game.
For what it's worth I think Hock's behaviour has been disgraceful (again). Wigan give him another chance and he throws it back in their face.

The difference here is that we share our yards around, all you have proved here is that you were overly reliant on him to get you up the pitch.... which makes this departure even more painful for your weakened / depleted/lightweight pack.

That would be really impressive if you hadn't just made it up (unless you are talking about electric or gas meters).

For example which of your centres made more than the 2,462m of Ryan Atkins or with Lima being the only Wigan prop to make more metres than Hill, Morley and Wood who are their Wigan counterparts?

Also Mike Cooper who played loose last year made more than O'Loughlin.

That must be why Westwood got in the SL dream team then.

I bet he dreams of being able to make yards like Farrell.

Maybe next season, if he plays well, he can also aim for a transfer to super leagues bottom club

Completely different scenario
Wigan still hold his registration so he contracted to them until 2015, so if Wire want to sign him they will have to pay Wigan a transfer fee.

Anyway he's far to young for Wire, so maybe 2015 would suit.
