Brett Hodgson has done jack sh*t since he announced signing for us. Last time I known him to have a really good game was when he got that kick off the touchline after time had gone to either earn them a draw or was it a win?

hodgson will give us more in attack than mathers and is a quality goalkicker, that's the main reason. training jordan burke up is just and extra what he offers. it's sad to see mather go but these things happen in rl, we just got to trust TS.

Maybe we can exploit Brett Hodgson's "dodgy defence" that has been talked about on this forum since Mathers had a great game in the CC Final. I've never seen the dodginess but we will see at the weekend.

How ironic would it be if our lack of a proper goalkicker is punished by them taking their chances and us not taking ours.

The only thing that concerns me re; Hodgson is his age and his injury record this season. If his injuries occur again next season the best goalkicker at the club will spend most of the year sat in the stands,and we are back to square one!

Hodgson is class. I understand concerns over his injury record this year but i think we will see him out on the pitch more often than not next year.
