Tansey thinks he can play as a pivot, Mathers actually can.

The point we were trying to make is that they are both crap. They both played for Leeds and failed. They both went to the NRL and failed. Now they are both at mediocre super league clubs, again failed.

Mathers didnt fail at leeds, won the GF with us, and wanted to leave for australlia. Tansey I agree, we loaned him to australlia and he did fail with us.

I can't remember who it was (might have been Cruncher) but I had an argument on the Wigan board about Pryce v King when King was still struggling. Pryce, at that point, hadn't played a game. I argued that, indifferent though his form was, King had to be a better signing because he had played Rugby League whereas Pryce hadn't. As they had signed Pryce to play Rugby League, presumably, it was the worst signing imaginable

It was all going fine until he (or another poster) suggested:-

- Karl Pryce has the potential to be a Wigan legend; and
- Brett Kenny was only at Wigan for a short time and so WASN'T a Wigan legend

Priceless.
