Exactly. He has not been poor, but not made himself irreplaceable (and some others are the same). Once you are not irreplaceable you do leave yourself open to being, err, umm, replaced.

ill be gutted to see mathers go yes i know hes dropped a few clangers but he is one of our better players he gets players motivated and ill be very sad to see him go
