What are those triangles supposed to be on the right chest?

I believe it represents the original founders of the club, there is a post on here somewhere saying that.

This is correct, it was also mentioned at the forum by Draper. They are on the new club badge but have obviously been added in it's absence

The Club made a point of saying you would get loyalty points for all your purchases. I was under the impression (I may well be wrong) these loyalty points could be used for further discounts

It turns out that the loyalty points are not active and won't be active till the new year.

So at the time of year when most people will be buying most of their things, they won't be getting any of the mystery loyalty points. So would question how many loyalty points many people will getting this season, I would suggest minimal

There are no guarantees that it will even be available post Xmas.

I personally wouldn't have be trumpeting it from the roof tops unless you were sure you're supplier could deliver.

Would hope that this new super slick Warrington Wolves would have a penalty clause for the failure by the supplier, but personally highly doubt it

So the 10% discount anybody received in the club shop for being an ST is no more, replaced by a non functioning Tesco Clubcard type system.

I went into the shop to buy both shirts, I asked if I kept my receipt would I get the points added later, well they could not give me an answer so left without buying. As someone as already said with Xmas coming up and it's likely most stuff bought as presents how come it's not already up and running.

One for the ambassadors to take forward.

BTW I've only disagreed with you on the statement about your "gripe" that the so called ambassadors aren't equally spread geographically around the Borough. Although I think that it was ill conceived, (complete nonsense if I'm honest), I haven't got a problem with you, I just don't agree with your point and I thought that I made a case? You could have come back with a counter argument to dissuade me from my current POV, or make clear any misunderstanding that I may have made regarding your original proposition, but, no.

At least they've come out and apologised.

They will award points for any purchases bought since the new shop opened, as long as you have a receipt or bank statement showing evidence of the purchase etc. Not ideal I suppose, but at least they have confirmed the position.

Nice touch too awarding fans who travel to away games in places like Hull on a Friday night etc.

It does read a bit like "...so buy now, for Christmas and save your receipts, even though we're not going to tell you what your loyalty reward will actually be worth..."

Reckon this might well lead to some unhappy people come the February announcement.

It will be like the old petrol station points, you needed spend 10 zillion quid to get a torch or one of those pens that had different coloured inks.

It'll be interesting to see if "loyalty" = using the supporters coach for away games, or if its just buying your away ticket from the club shop (and make your own way there).

I had a good service in the club shop today to give the girl her due. The item I wanted (medium away shirt for a young lad's Christmas present) wasn't on the rail, so she made the effort to check stocks and then found me one in the back.

Decent shirt too I thought. The rest of the stuff in there was pure tat though.

The membership isn't the waste of time I expected it to be either. £54 which includes access to three games that would otherwise cost £60. Fair enough.

I don't know if they recorded any loyalty but I'm sure I'll survive if they didn't.
