Binning Charnley off without telling him why, allowing Ratchford to sweet talk him out of being dropped, finishing second bottom, blaming the fans for results, constant excuses, buying Gil Dudson, wanting us to extend Matautias contract, making Ratchford Captain, letting our best prop go to our rivals, castigating young Dean, mishandling a quality product in Thewlis, purchasing Brad Dwyer, signing Oliver Holmes. There are many more I’ve missed and even Jason ‘RLs nicest man’ Clark was perturbed by Powell hiding in his office for the whole of last season.

In his tenure here Powell has called out young players in public. Laid into the fans for a toxic environment, told people like Cooper they aren't committed. Called out pack members saying he'd want to drop them but couldn't. Had a pop at the refs too.

He's also publicly backed his beloved Peter in the press in ANY position.
