Is a Jaffa cake really a cake discuss (thread)

The courts agreed that it is a biscuit and therefore is VAT exempt. I think!!

I was told leave it out of the packet for a day then come back, if it's gone soft, it's a biscuit but if it's gone hard it's a cake.

I don't eat Jaffas' due to my disliking of chocolate orange so i don't know if they do go hard or not ?

i wonder how many people going to crusaders agree that a jaffa cake is a biscuit?
