I'm in agreement with the bulk of this. I'd put Briers in the 'legend' category, and demote Morley to the excellent players list. I'd say you've missed Davidson, Holden, Westwood & Brian Johnson from the latter list. Both Monaghans would merit inclusion too IMO.

Nat Wood got a slating at times for his half back performances but was much better in the latter years at hooker. "Knock-on-wood" anyone?

Thought provoking post although I must admit that the Louis Anderson thing passed me by. Does anyone think that Trent Waterhouse is on stanby to join this team?

I think Trent will make it into the Laziest XIII. Even though he makes 200 tackles a game and 48 hit ups.
I think it is something to do with his running / walking style when he is making his way to a scrum. Bridge has a similar sort of "efficient / energy saving" jogging style.
Kelly Shelford was another but it is debatable if that was just him trying to not expend energy when he didn't have to. I suppose the scapegoat XIII would have some players that would make the Laziest XIII also.
