Are the club doing enough for their fans at the stadium ?

I was stood in front of a group of three young men at the HKR game and I couldn't help but overhear some of their conversation. As Penny upturned the HKR wing Mantellato, they were talking about the Liverpool Blackburn match, which apparently was 0 0. One of them said he could get Blackburn to win the competition for 9:1 on Skybet and the others were frantically fiddling with their phones to see if they could get better odds. Just as the first one was about to place a bet, his phone went dead. How annoying is that ? Apparently it had run out of juice. Anyway, I was thinking; if the club were really concerned about providing a service to their fans, they should install iPhone charging stations on the crush bars in the South. Fat chance of it happening though, they just don't care.

I don't think charging your phone is a priority. It's hardly a basic human right. I can't believe people who want to be on the phone whilst a game is on. I find 'em a bit annoying and feel like bellowing "watch the game saddo" down their ear'ole.
*Now I reckon a real priority is ensuring there are an option for mushy peas or gravy when you buy a pie. But do the club care enough to make this change? Hopefully the new CEO will be reading this and action my recommendation.

Well, I can understand your point of view, but times change and perhaps we need to move on. Personally I think it would be a great idea if the club opened one of those 'nail beauty shops' under the South. We have lots of teenage girls that attend matches and they could pop down and have their nails done when there is a lull in the play.

Perhaps we could stream videos to the terraces during the match ??, I hear video on demand is all the rage and it would pass the time while we wait for the goal kicks to be taken ?

Why not make the stadium a "Quiet Zone" and have all the fans join a large WhatsApp Group Chat where they can vent frustrations at the ref, game, players, or just chat about anything.

not so sure about the removal of the dominoes stand, the bull ride in the south east corner was a good addition. I think they should bring that back.

I like all the ideas on this thread, but this one would increase the property value and game enjoyment exponentially (especially to those between the two 40m lines in the south stand).

Put all under 18s who look like one direction members and girls who spend all match texting in one stand. The amount of people who spend more time chatting about x factor than actually watching the game ticks me off. And put the the great unwashed in a big car wash before entering the stadium as well. Some folk look like soap & water is foreign to them.

Can we get the twins back? Although they may not be as I remember them these days.

This sounds like a good idea tbh, get something on for the kids who go and the parents can enjoy a themed festival.

We need to think of the target audience from our supporters though, Bavarian Market maybe redundant. Maybe a tattoo studio, combover station and small gym area? Oh, and a tanning booth, Warrington just doesn't have enough of them!

get a punch bag with the refs face on it and make a small charge for any one who wants to take out their anger on the ref...the queue would stretch for miles and what a nice little earner that would be....also open up a barbers under each stand and a massage parlour or may be a knocking shop..if the crowds dont come flocking back for these ideas then nowt will tempt them back.

I'd like an Argos Click n collect zone in the south stand. The match day program could incorporate an Argos Catalogue and we could order keenly priced electrical items or the latest games console at half time and pick them up on the way out.

I personally would only order larger items like televisions when Salford fans visit. As I remember being amazed with the ease and pace in which they carried such large items in the riots of 2011. I'm sure they would be a great help carrying them down Winwick St towards the station.....
