Looking at the fixtures I fancy Leeds to beat Hull and then Huddersfield if we win tomorrow, so they will be a very dangerous week three opponent for us. I can't see anything other than Wigan and Saints playing each other in week three so Sunday's game will just decide which ground it's played at.

Saints are dangerous. As confident as I am this season, I'd still prefer to avoid them in a knock out situation.

For me, tomorrow is vital. We don't want to relinquish the club call as we've been consistent enough all year to earn it in the first place.

They're all must win from here. We'll need to front up against the Giants huge forwards but if we defend like we have recently we'll be ok.

For me, if we start this match all guns blazing a la Saints away, Wigan Home etc, strong, hard, gang tackles, the Giants pack will capitulate. It's only Griffin for me who likes the rough n tough. Mason is a bit of a fanny when it comes to mixing it, especially if he's received a good but legal hiding in his first few runs.

I think we will be 22-4 up by 25 mins and then play some safe sensible rugby, turning them round constantly and forcing repeat sets.

I listened to Radio Manchester's 'commentary' (I couldn't listen to Wire FM, with that 'plantpot' Lovett, with his drivel...Dave Solo, Monogan etc) last night, and just couldn't get my head round Steve McCormack's obvious dislike of us. He was totally in denial re last nights domination. Even at 31-0 down, he's still saying "Hudds aren't out of this". He never praised us, until right at the end (when you could tell is was through clenched teeth). Why the bitterness? Is it because we put nearly 120 points past his side, a few months ago, or is it because he maybe a Pie fan, on the side.
