I saw it over Golborne

Perhaps it was stank from Salford and Manchester in the lower atmosphere.
But seriously there is an element of truth there, the lower the moon is on the horizon, then the more of the atmosphere we see it through.
It tints it and also helps create the illusion of it being bigger.

The Lyrids meteor shower is going to peak tonight and will be visible for the next couple of days. If clear tonight you ought to be able to see up to 25 per hour.

I've been in and out several times tonight.
Unfortunately just too much cloud cover.

There will be a strange, once-in-a-lifetime full-lunar phenomena later this year cos I'll show my ar*e in Burtons window if we win anything this season.

I didn't wanna say I told you so but I was expecting a thrashing v Cas.

I put a draw on the prediction comp only because I'll never bet for Wire to lose.

For those who want to see it, Bridge is very important on that right flank. He plays the role like a stand off yet he is strong in defence too.

His omission was all too evident. When he's back in, we'll be winning again.

There's too many on here that can't see the woods for the trees and just will argue against it but won't come up with an alternative.
