Not necessary - there is often a public misconception that young people can not be photographed without permission.
If you are in a public place and happen to appear in a photograph there is no law against it.
One of the lads has now been identified and I am sure he will not lodge an official complaint about having his piccie on a website and a chance to get his prize!
