Seems the Leigh coach let it slip that we're playing them a week on Saturday for the first game. Fully confident from what i saw at home against Hull that we can do it comfortably. I'd go with

I don't really know who we'll be playing first up. There are rumours that Leeds and Huddersfield 'can't' play at home, the first week, and that might start to influence the organisation for others. Mind you, York couldn't play their first game at home, couldn't find anywhere else when the RFL insisted on them fulfilling the home fixture, and have now 'folded'.

I don't suppose there will be any consistency here, like the RFL insisting Leeds & Huddersfield play their first games at home, if drawn to do so?

From what I read, the delay in announcing the schedule is to allow teams to advise RLHQ on stadiums' availablity. So I cannot see any favouritism HERE for Leeds or Huddersfield.

As the fixtures are not being given out ???????? till weds ???? how the hell do Leigh know in advance they are playing us first next sat ???????

Speaks of another RFL up yet again telling one club before the rest.

Probably based on the fact that last year's fixtures saw Championship first v SL tenth in week one.
