| Sat at home catching up with the NRL, watching Tigers v Warriors.
I cant believe the Tigers are letting Robbie Farrah go????
The reason they are saying is, he does not play to the coaches game plan,
Well so far in this match he has scored 1 try and set up the other 2, if that is not playing to the coaches game plan, i dont know what the coach wants.
He has stated he does not want to leave, but the coach has said he is not wanted next season. Robbie has said he does not want to play against the Tigers, so it looks like super league for Robbie next season.
So my question is would you sign him ????
Yes is my answer, he would fit right into our team, as we dont seem to have any game plan what so ever.

| Without a hesitation.
Would be the best hooker in SL if he came.
Mind you, we said something similar about Locke...

| Odd as this might sound I'd not want him, undoubtedly a brilliant player and would be head and shoulders the best hooker in SL but seems to have personality clashes for fun over the last few seasons at Wests.
If we are looking at the type of money he would command on the Marquee rule then I'd be looking world class centre or prop.

| He looked good against the Warriors but the Warriors have been dire this year with too many first choice players missing. Not sure he has been as effective in other games this season.

Arguments with coaches aside, the other problem Wests are supposed to have is that their current salary commitments mean they cannot recruit anyone decent for another three years; not ideal for a team propping up the NRL table. Farrah’s contract terms are now a considerable hindrance in this regard. So, while there may or may not be tensions between Farrah and the coach, Wests may also be looking for ways to end the contract early.
Regarding the marquee rule, you might need to splurge that on Rangi.

| REF the marquee rule i think we are well under the cap without giving it to Rangi,
But i do think the Tigers would be willing to listen to any offers for Robbie Farrah, Including a free transfer , just to get him of there books and free up some money, i don not think the Tigers are the only team in the NRL who are having salary cap problems.
But i reckon if Salford can Stay up ??? And then sort out terms with Robbie , we may have to use marquee rule to sign him.
Tim Sheens could sort him out , with the trouble he has had this season at the Tigers.
I think a lot of the problems at the Tigers this year has been the Board room and the Coach, and the players have reacted,
for me Robbie would be the best hooker in super league if we could get him to come over and sign for us.
For those with Premier Sports, Robbie is on the Footy Show on thursday night, Talking with Beau Ryan and the panel hopefully explaning what has gone on at the Tigers this season.

| I can't load the link that Matt posted above so it might be on there - but hasn't he fallen out with Sheens in the past?
I'd like us to go back to the Harrison philosophy of recruiting based on character as much as talent. He might not have got that quite right on a limited budget, but we have the cash to be picky. Farah sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

| Farah is a big no, brings with him a history of causing trouble.
You need a leader for all the players not one like Farah who by all accounts has caused a split at the Tigers and is deemed unapproachable by the younger (IE the future) players in the squad.

| Tbh, I think he's exactly the type of character that Sheens would say no to. He's made it clear that new players will not only have to be good players, but decent individuals. He knows Farah after coaching him for ten years. I'd expect Sheens to be avoiding him as a signing, as he brings too much baggage off the field. He's a winner, but he's a winner his way or no way.
I think this is one player we may be avoiding.
