It does seem extremely unfair. Hock had the book thrown at him for two low impact knee collisions and Sneyd will undoubtedly get much less for what he did. If a Salford player did what he did hundreds would be in uproar claiming thugery on social media in an attempt to influence the RFL.

There is favoritisism in this sport and nobody could convince me otherwise. It is not a level playing field and the only way of beating them is by beating them well.

There must be a review of the whole disciplinary system as it appears too easily influenced by coaches e.g. Anderson.
When a touch judge can overrule an in goal judge what is the point of the in goal judge eg Cobb.

Sneyd hasn't used his EGP, this level of charge doesn't allow for it !

Having seen the Snyed tackle online it looks terrible, you'd hope that it wasn't a deliberate attempt to break his lower leg (though I can see how people will say it is).

Much as Maguie isn't my favourite Indian I hope he recovers well as I hate seeing any rugby player injured to any serious extent.

I think his line of defence will be that he was trying to prevent a quick PTB. I think what won't help him is the fact he rolled the leg twice and caused a potentially career ending injury.

Two game ban for Snyed really does make the blood boil, there is no difference between that and Chases tackle, I thought Chase got the minimum he deserved and that if Snyed had received the same he wouldn't have been able to grumble about it.

Come on. Be realistic. Snyed(sic) doesn't play for Salford any more. If he had been in a Salford shirt, he would have received the mandatory 7 game ban.

Sneyd has got away with murder, equally as bad as Chase's, arguably more intent. The RFL do judge the player rather than the incident, they become a bigger joke every day.

The Sneyd tackle and the one by the Rochdale player last week look much the same. why does one get a ten match ban,and one gets only two?
