The is nowhere as good as the Willows, more sand than Blackpool beach, not a lot of grass, maybe the SMC will put sum money into it, they are fleecing Salford out of a lot of money that is for sure, they need to employ just one person who can count the numbers that go through the turnstiles . Because the way they are doing it at the moment is wrong.
Any pitch used by Union in winter will lose grass: simply the mixture of cold and wet weather and the rucking and mauling activities on the pitch will guarantee this. At least we can join Wigan in blaming a poor cup run on being forced to play away in Leigh.
