| Koukash obviously not happy with the crowd yesterday and from what he's retweeted on twitter it sounds like he's becoming disillusioned with stay-away fans. He's done everything he can to promote the club now as well and it's time for the people of Salford to repay him and turn up.
SO... would people prefer Friday or Sunday games? Sundays are apparently easier for families we keep getting told but they never seem to be turning up in great numbers. Friday nights seemed populr at the Willows and became something of a ritual for many. Would Friday night games attract back those fans who left the club after the Willows? Are Friday nights easier for those fans who want to kepp the weekend free?
VOTE.

| Ah Mario.
He's only fifteen years behind everyone else on this particular topic.
So far behind it's actually a pointless poll, only to be voted on by fans of other teams.
Please go back to your day job.
I'm hoping my bullet points are
helping you remember
what that
is.

| I know some don't like giving one of Mario's topics credence by actually engaging in debate on it, but this topic has reared its head again on social media as we've had 3 poor turn outs on Sundays this season. Regardless of personal preferences one of the supposed benefits of Fridays was that it avoids clashes with football, but the next Premier League TV deal includes Friday night games. If the club continues to fail to draw people who aren't bothered about missing football then it may be the case that Sundays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7.30 or 8pm could be the only "safe" slots to avoid a clash.

| If we are winning consistently lots of games, it wouldn't matter if we played Friday or Sunday the crowds would go up.
If we had won at Leigh the attendance at the Cas game would of been at least an extra 1000

| Has to be Friday nights. Sunday games at the AJ Bell always appear to be poorly supported with an atmosphere that would rival a morgue.

I remember a while ago Iain we were told we couldn't play Saturday nights consistently because the police wouldn't allow it. Not sure how much truth was in that and it does seem odd. Either way, I believe we have to have special permission and justification to play just the odd Saturday night like we are doing this season.
EDIT: In fact, going back to Hull game at home a few months back and the trouble post-game this might explain why the police wont allow it.

I'd tend to agree that wins bring fans, but after beating Huddersfield and Wigan to go third we then got a poor crowd v Leeds. Was it the earlier kick off, was it still being the day of the Derby, was it the weather, was it because it was Sunday? Something kept plenty away.
