Just been on the Reds site to book my tickets for leigh game , south stand, according to reds web site price per ticket £19.
I want 3 tickets so £19 x 3 £57 correct ????
Not according to booking on line, they want £57.50 for the tickets, plus £4 for delivery, plus £11.50 VAT a grand total of £73.
That is a extra £16 for what?????
I will try and get down to the ground to buy them over the counter, even from derbyshire its not going to cost me £16 in petrol there and back. And if they have sold out so be it.
I will try for tickets for the next round.

Surely, there is already VAT in the £19 ticket price? I believe Leigh will be handing over the VAT element included in the £19, to HMCE.

Odd. Never known having to pay anything bar the quoted ticket price, plus perhaps a booking fee.
Ever had that before on getting tickets online? Probably best to reserve them from LSV, and pick them up on the day. Then just a case of handing over your £19.

Salford appear to be selling the tickets for £20 (£1) booking fee. I've just looked and 3 tickets with delivery = £64 (itemised as £50 for tickets, £10 VAT, £4 postage). It initially defaulted to the £7 delivery option.
However, there appears to be a glitch in the system, as when I went back and put in 1 ticket it tried to charge £23 for a ticket that is collected from the stadium (£19.17 plus £3.83 vat). I emptied my basket, started again, and it came to £20 as it should be.
So, try emptying your basket and resetting teh deliver option and see what it gives you. |
