I have to applaud Harris for his abilty to identify the weak area's in the team. Lack of pace in the backline was certainly one major issue he has resolved with his recent signings for now and 2015.

You tend to think of pace as having the ability to make a lot of exciting line breaks and scoring spectacular tries but it's equally important to have pace to counter the scoring threat of the opposition. It's no coincidence that it's out wide where we have leaked most tries this year.
