| I know i am probably going to get slated for this.....
Considering he has not been used all season and sat around on the bench until smith departed, is anybody but me quietly surprised by him?
I know hes made a few unforced errors in a couple of games, but i think the lad deserves more credit then he is getting. I think he is adding another dimension to us and i cant seem to put my finger on why? Considering at this point he is only just begun to get game time, i think he is doing incredibly well. In a couple of games i hope to see him hit some form in the run up to the end of the season, add in locke and brown i think we could be getting there.
I hope lee continues getting game time but there you go

I don't think I'd argue with that. The difficulty is finding the right position for him. I don't think he's sharp enough for dummy half (we always seem better when Logan Tomkins is on the field), but he does a very good job for us in open play. Maybe he should be starting at loose forward.

| Personally, I don't think he has been a good signing at all. He was a square peg signed for a round hole. If we can get rid in the off season I think we should. I imagine Hularaki will play LF next year and Lee isn't a half back or a hooker. He trys hard and tackles a lot, but thats not enough for a team that will be aiming for top 6 next year.
Good effort, but not good enough. I would rather have a young lads liek theo and evalds cover for the half back, Owen (Although am not totally convinced yet) as hooker and Walne as LF.
Save cap space and get rid

| He's been nothing but a bit player to be honest. Although I expected as much. He's done a job, and a difficult one at times tbf, but I think we need a better calibre of squad player, or a younger more enthusiastic one. Ideally both.
He smacks of everything Noble thought was right, but in truth is not really up to it. He's not fast enough, too many errors. There were better options available at the time he was signed and his abilities have been mediocre for me this season.

| I think we should thank him for his services this season and let him find another club, I think Lunt and Theo/Owen is the hooker combination next year. Lee might be an honest grafter but he won't be first choice in the position he was signed for and we have 2 or 3 ahead of him for the loose forward role. Weller Hauraki, Jason Walton and the Walne Brothers all offer more at # 13 for me.

| Can't fault his effort but if we are going to be a top 8 or top 6 team in the long run we need to have players of a better quality IMO.
For this season though would like to see him at loose for the remainder.

Perhaps, but this might stem from him being played in the wrong position. When he's away from dummy half, he distributes pretty well, and certainly puts a shift in. That's why I think he'd be better at 13.

Which is kind of my point.
For a player that was always going to play utility, he doesn't for me offer enough in the positions he has to adopt. He's a hard worker and can defend, and his distribution is fine. I just feel that he's been mediocre in whatever role he's played. Not good. Not bad. Just very average.

| Difficult to judge a player in a losing side when he,by his role,is limited to passing from the floor and defending.
The days of the scooting hooker may be from a bygone age if reports from Australia are to be believed, and this country usually follows the others.
If hookers are the fulcrum of each and every attack a different skill set may be required but Lee has certainly put 100% effort in each and every game I have seen him play.
Sean Long may have spent every successful season behind Cunningham but I can't recall the hookers who played alongside Harris or whether or not the Welsh international or Wigan hookers are the ones to be emulated by future Salford sides.
Despite Roby being a better hooker than the ones used by Leeds over recent years,it is/was Leeds who took home the silverware.

| New to twitter and have just come across the Salford scene, they have a tweet that Tommy could be Saints bound , odd one if true but it will certainly cheer up Marwans accountant (superbeetle )not only will it free up a load of cap space but they get a player to boot .
