. Also many thanks to the team primarily for all their tries but also for ensuring the possibly thorny issue of whether or not tries in the play-off should be included was not an issue after all.

FYI: Our top try-scorers were as follow:-

Francis Meli & Junior Sa'u - 14
Greg Johnson - 10
Rangi Chase, Theo Fages & Josh Griffin - 8

I very much doubt that at the start of the year many would have had Theo (who we probably expected to be playing a support role) as one of our leading scorers. Even fewer would have had Josh Griffin on their list of course & it's been a fantastic effort from him to score 8 from 8 since arriving.

We also had 27 different try scorers this year. I would be surprised if that isn't a club record!
