Why were none of the previous ownership (John Wilerson? Tarry?) making noise like this guy is doing? I never ever saw any advertising of the club anywhere before now.

Sorry mate but you can't say anything negative about Wilko and Tarry on here, after all they put a small I'd call it very small fortune into Salford over the years without making any profits at all from the Willows variety centre.

Here here there are very few of us so we need to be united and create a positive vibe around the club. It's up to us all to help promote the club and grow it's fanbase and create a better matchday atmosphere. With less than 1% of the Salford public attending home games these days there is surely huge potential now if this stronger looking team start to deliver on the field.

I can't believe that I start a positive thread and some people still turn back to negatives. The past is gone, whatever your views of that regime are now irrelevant and should be consigned to history. Let us move forward and support the Doctor in bringing greatness back to our club.

Well one of the protagonists has previous and one of them I'm not certain if it's a new incarnate of one of the old tools.

I agree though to see (or in this care hear) the Doc going hell for leather to promote the great things he is doing for the club is wonderful. Would like to see a presence in and around the Eccles, Salford, Walkden and Swinton shopping areas to help sell the club but other than that top marks that man.

The good doctor has even got the people at my work talking. It's only a year ago when one of my team stated to me I was the first Rugby League fan that she'd ever met. This was Stockport.
They certainly are aware now!

1. Tarry was a waste of space and creamed a living out of Salford RLFC for far, far too long.

2. John Wilkinson and Marwan Koukash are two totally different characters and businessmen. Lets see if Marwan is still doing this in 30 years before we compare the two.
