| According to Brian Noble Salford will be spending the best part of January in Australia where they will also be playing a couple of games.
Anyone up for a road trip.

| First I've heard but this will be massive preparation for us. The standard of facilities and opposition will be of a much higher calibre over there.

| Where did you here this?????
I was listening to radio manchester , and all he said was they were going away for some warm weather training.
That could mean the south coast of england, never mind AUS, but i bet more likley spain.,
Where ever it is , it must be 100% better preseason training then this season.
Bring it on,

| Said for a while that I could see this happening.
Might be a good idea if the club looked at a smaller supporters trip as I'd certainly look into the costs and I'm sure there would be others too.

| Before oppostion supporters bleat on about carbon footprints,I think a nice, freezing cold army punishment/team bonding exercise would be best.
I am sure successful sides have enjoyed these types of things.

| My Guess would have been Dubai , still maybe on the ' hop over ' to Aus.
Nobby has the minor task on melding 13-15 new signings into the remainder of the 2013 team who can hit the ground winning ..
with the money invested in these signings the chance to get warm weather training and game time against credible opposition is fabulous.
the difference 9 months make .
