Im a Wigan coming over to your new stadium +2, where can i park thats a short walk around 5-10min apart from the stadium.

Eccles rlfc. Or the unicorn pub or the airport bar.

Anywhere except the stadium itself!!!!

Just google Barton Aerodrome A57, or Eccles ARLFC - both have good easy parking

Half the problem I am having is I dont exactly know where your new ground is, google earth doesnt appear to show it.

On maps there is just a few empty spaces and I am assuming its one of those.

google earth is only upto date around London it is about 5 - 10 years behind for the north.

you want to get off the m 60 at irlam ( just before barton bridge) for eccles take the 1st left off the slip road. Then first left again onto an estate then 2nd left. It's dead easy to find 3 quid in, cheap ale and grub also gave SOO or classic games on the big screen . The car park is secure and the local rugby players look after the cars that park there for security. The ground is a short walk away - just follow the other supporters. We park there every week us a great venue. Plus its really easy back onto the m60 you'll be away long before the carparking people.

The airpairt car park are very crafty check out the parking fees for a match day £5 AND 1-4 hours is £1 and £3 for anytime after 4 hours for normall days

Anyone used the park and ride from the Trafford Centre? Where exactly does it pick up from?

Bit naughty, I was going to try it but think I will put some money in Eccles RLFC coffers. Anyone know what time it is open from ?

Eccles is open form 4:30 on friday night!

If you go the airport your just putting more money into Peel Holdings coffers. If you go Eccles RLFC your putting it into future youth development and the Amateur game in general.

Spot on mate.

We used it before the friendly and will do again tonight. The ale was good and your made to feel welcome.

The fact that people are keeping their money in the game by doing this makes it an easy choice.

What sort of time would people recommend getting there for? Don't want to turn up too late and find it's full.

If you've not already got tickets then the earlier the better especially if your parking at the ground as it will be an age to get in and then queue for tickets should you leave it last minute. Lots of people were late getting into the Leeds game.

The ground are still having "teething problems"

Would seem that this service is a bit under used and in view of the car park problems at the moment the more it is used the more chance that the service will continue.
