If you read teletext today, and what he says about moving to Salford.

Are you the only guy in Britain that doesn't know what an absolute Clarkson is? It's certain that he knows fook all about Salford or its people.

Lets invite him down to Weaste or Ordsall...have a bit of a meet and greet and let him discuss his views with the good people of Salford....then we will return whats left to his loved ones in a very small carrier bag.

You need to be furious at yourself for letting this cretin bother you - a public schoolboy who has made a living off some fake laddish persona he's adopted. Victor Lewis-Smith once described him as 'a man who squeezes his 42 inch waist into 24 inch jeans while his 2 inch brain rattles round in his 18 inch skull'. I can't believe people are getting so wound up about this. He's shown what a great journalist he is. His comments carry little credence because he's never set foot in the place. He's proably got the response he was after because at the time he had no fast cars to play with. Light the blue touch paper and stand well back. I really couldn't give a toss.
