Watched the highlights of Sundays game and tought Matty Smith played fantastic as hooker, played the ball quickly - ran himself into the ground. Anyone of the opinion if it aint broke.......

[iIf you ask him of course Matty Smith would prefer not to play at hooker, but I'm sorry Matty you were outstanding for the whole game at Wakefield Trinity Wildcats on Sunday and I'm afraid if it was down to me that is where your playing from now on.

In my opinion an interchange involving Smith and Godwin will be perfect.

you are spot on mate - dont care if he likes playig there or not hes quick and spots things other players dont

I posted on the Ratchford topic that I'd worry about Smith's lack of experience in the hooking role to play there against Wigan, it's a totally different proposition to playing there against a young and inexperienced Wakefield. I think I'd go for safety first and start with Godwin and rotate him, Smith and Ratchford between bench, hooker and half back positions
