I reckon it'll be keenly contested. Largely due to Widnes wanting to get an ego boost before a tough season in the Championship. But ultimately I can see us breaking loose after a mini scare that'll jolt us into action before the new season. A useful friendly for both teams!

I'd agree with them sort of scores Salford by around 12 - 16, i'd like to sa we'd be closer to an upset but to beat a SL side we'd need more match practice then we have had!
Hoping for a god one at least... though this rain won't help that :/
